TMG has considerable experience and expertise in Ferry Management and Ferry Operations on routes within Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. The routes have included both high speed craft and conventional ferries. The President of TMG is currently the CEO of Black Ball Ferry Line, running the MV Coho between Victoria, BC in Canada and Port Angeles, WA in the USA.
Our in-depth experience includes the inception, market research, vessel acquisition, infrastructure and marketing through to implementation, management and operation of a ferry service. TMG are uniquely positioned to provide clients with consultancy services related to the setting up and operation of ferry services either in full or in part. The senior consultants have all held director and senior management positions in ferry companies and group management companies.
With our strategic partners TMG can provide full technical and crewing services right through to ferry terminal design and construction.
Our in-house Ship Broking service can help the client locate vessels and High Speed Craft for their proposed service and can help in the purchase, charter and insurance if required. Our team can also assist in the change of registry and any name change desired by the client. Prior to any purchase TMG can carry out survey work to ascertain the condition of a vessel and advise on pricing.
ISM and ISPS audits can be carried out by TMG on all Ferry vessels and Ferry Ports.
