The Maritime Group Inc., was formed in 1990 in the U.S.A for the research and development of new cruise, shipping, ferry and port projects. TMG (Europe) Limited and trading as The Maritime Group (Europe) was opened in 2004 as an associate company of The Maritime Group (also known as TMG) with a view to widening the scope of expertise that can be offered to the maritime world beyond the Americas and Far East, especially in Europe and the Middle East.

TMG seeks to create economically viable strategies in the areas of project development, ship & port management and survey & litigation work; primarily for cruise ship, vessel, port, ferry and mega-yacht owners. This is supported by objective fact-based analysis, through TMG’s wide ranging maritime consultancy. TMG also acts as an agency for, and agency of, maritime consultants, maritime surveyors and maritime service companies throughout the world, enabling us to meet any special requirements of our clients on a 24/7 basis.

TMG has worked and is working with a variety of clients such as major shipping groups and ports based in North America , Europe and Southeast Asia , as well as smaller operators in niche markets. Clients have included Sea Containers Ltd., World City Corporation, Prince Rupert Port Corporation, Royal Caribbean International, Osprey Maritime Ltd. of Singapore , Port of Seattle , Holland America Line, Vancouver Port Corporation, Star Cruise, and the Port of Singapore Authority. The addition of TMG

(Europe) to the group will allow us to offer a more selective service to clients in Europe, Russia , Africa and the Middle East .
